This product is designed and produced strictly according to JB/T8971-1999 "Cross-flow cooling fan for dry-type transformer". Motor stator and rotor core adopts high quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet; low noise bearing; impeller adopts aluminum alloy surface electrophoresis treatment, and then through the fine dynamic balance adjustment; left and right end plate adopts stainless steel plate stamping molding, wind inlet plate, wind plate and wind guiding plate adopts aluminum alloy profiles buckle combination; the whole fan structure is reasonable, beautiful modeling, has a large air volume, low noise, low temperature rise, long service life, smooth running, easy to install and so on. The whole fan has a reasonable structure and beautiful shape.

How it works:

This series cooling fan is used in dry type transformer, the fan is placed on both sides of the lower part of the transformer coil, blowing the cold air directly into the coil of the transformer high and low pressure cooling air ducts, the heat dissipation effect is obvious, which can guarantee the normal operation of the transformer and prolong its service life. (Fan start, stop and transformer over-temperature alarm, over-temperature tripping and other functions are provided by the temperature control device).
