GIS Circuit Breaker Operational Characteristics Online Monitoring System

System Introduction

IN-309G GIS Circuit Breaker Operational Characteristics Online Monitoring SystemIt is one of the monitoring technology solutions for GIS equipment, aiming at real-time monitoring of the action characteristics of GIS circuit breakers, such as opening and closing time, speed and stroke, and other key parameters, to ensure the reliable operation of the power system. The system consists of high-precision sensors, data acquisition and processing module, communication module, power supply module and background monitoring and diagnostic analysis software.

GIS (Gas-Insulated Metal-Enclosed Switchgear) Circuit Breaker Operational Characteristics Online Monitoring SystemIt is used to monitor the operation status of GIS circuit breakers in real time to ensure the stability of the power system.
  • Station monitoring system (upper computer): As the "central brain" of the system, it receives and processes the monitoring data from the device below through RS485, wireless, Ethernet and other communication modes, realizing centralized monitoring, data analysis and display of GIS circuit breaker status and facilitating the operation and maintenance personnel to grasp the overall situation of the equipment.
  • A-phase circuit breakers, C-phase circuit breakersThe system carries out condition monitoring for A and C phase circuit breakers to ensure that the operating status of circuit breakers in different phases can be effectively sensed.
  • Various types of sensors (storage motor current, closing current, breaking current, main circuit current, displacement sensors)::
    • They are "sensing terminals" that are responsible for capturing key parameters during circuit breaker operation.
    • Energy storage motor current sensor: monitor the working current of the circuit breaker storage motor, reflecting whether the energy storage system is normal; closing and breaking current sensor: monitor the current during the closing and breaking operation of the circuit breaker respectively, to judge whether the electrical characteristics of the closing/breaking operation are normal; main circuit current sensor (optional): monitor the main circuit current of the circuit breaker, to grasp the current status of power transmission; displacement sensor (optional): Monitoring the displacement of circuit breaker parts, assisting in judging whether the mechanical action (such as contact movement) is normal.
    • These sensors are connected with A-phase and C-phase circuit breakers to collect relevant data of each phase of circuit breakers, and then summarize the data to the station monitoring system through the system transmission link, so as to realize on-line monitoring of multi-dimensional status of GIS circuit breakers in terms of "electrical + mechanical", and to provide the basis for early warning of equipment faults and assessment of status.
The system realizes real-time online monitoring of GIS circuit breaker action characteristics through the hierarchical structure of "monitoring hub - monitored equipment - sensing terminal" and communication and sensing links, and helps intelligent operation and maintenance of power equipment.
