I. Core status monitoring devices
- Winding temperature monitoring device: Through pre-embedded fiber optic or PT100 sensor, real-time measurement of HV / LV winding hot spot temperature, to avoid accelerated insulation aging.
- Partial discharge monitoring device: UHF or ultrasonic technology is used to capture the partial discharge signals of windings and cores to prevent solid insulation breakdown.
- Insulation condition monitoring device: detect insulation resistance, dielectric loss factor, reflecting the aging degree of solid insulation such as epoxy resin.
- Ambient temperature and humidity monitoring device: monitor the temperature and humidity of the transformer installation environment, correlate and analyze the insulation performance and heat dissipation efficiency.
II. Auxiliary safety monitoring devices
- Overload current monitoring device: real-time collection of winding operating current, determine whether overload operation, trigger overload warning.
- Cooling system monitoring device: monitor the start and stop status of the air-cooling device (fan), running current, to ensure normal heat dissipation.
- Cabinet door status and security monitoring device: detect the cabinet door switch status, with smoke, infrared detection, to prevent the intrusion of foreign objects or fire risk.
III. Data transmission and analysis devices
- Data Acquisition Terminal: Summarize the data of each sensor, complete the signal conversion and preliminary filtering processing.
- Communication module: Uploading data to the back office via Ethernet, Modbus or 4G/5G (supports IEC 61850 standard).
- Background monitoring system: real-time display of monitoring data, exceeding the standard alarm, generate temperature trends, insulation status analysis report.
