BWR Models Oil Transformer Winding Thermostat Models

Here are some common models of BWR thermostats:

BWR-04 Series

  • BWR-04: Basic model, suitable for transformer winding temperature measurement and control, with ambient temperature (-40 ~ +55)℃, temperature measurement range (0 ~ 150)℃, indication accuracy ± 3 ℃ and other characteristics.
  • BWR-04J: Integrated instrument, converter built-in, output 1 channel 4-20mA signal, supporting XMZ-YJ type digital display meter, input 4-20mA signal, output 4-20mA signal.
  • BWR-04JJ: Integrated instrument, converter built-in, output 2-channel 4-20mA signal, supporting XMZ-YJ type digital display meter, input 4-20mA signal, output 4-20mA signal.
  • BWR-04Y(TH)External converter BL-(A.B.C.D) type, output Rt resistance signal, supporting XMZ-Y type digital display meter, input Rt signal to display the temperature.
  • BWR-04B(TH)External converter BL-(A.B.C.D) type, output Rt resistance signal, supporting XMZ-YB type digital display meter, input Rt signal, output 4-20mA signal.
  • BWR-04C(TH): Integrated instrument, sliding resistor and transmitter, output Rt resistance signal, supporting XMZ-YC type digital display meter, input Rt signal, output 4-20mA signal.

BWR-04J Series

  • BWR-04J(TH): Output DC (4-20) mA current signal, operating power AC220 × (1 ± 10%) V, frequency (50 ~ 60) Hz, temperature measurement range default (0 ~ 150) ℃, optional (0 ~ 160) ℃, accuracy of 1.5 level, switch rated power AC220V/5A, DC220V/3A, protection class IP55.
  • BWR-04AJ(TH)It can output Pt100 platinum resistance signal and DC(4-20)mA current signal at the same time, and input CT range 0.5A-5A can be selected arbitrarily, and it can be used with XMZ-152 digital temperature display instrument, XMZ-155 digital temperature display instrument, and BDFY-24V voltage regulator power supply.

BWR2-04 Series

  • BWR2-04A(TH)Output one way Pt100 platinum resistance signal, input CT range 0.5A-5A optional, supporting XMZ-152 digital temperature display.
  • BWR2-04AA(TH)Output two Pt100 platinum resistance signals, input CT range 0.5A-5A optional, supporting XMZ-152 digital temperature display.
  • BWR2-04J(TH)Output DC(4-20)mA current signal, input CT range 0.5A-5A optional, supporting XMZ-155 digital temperature display instrument, BDFY-24V regulated power supply.
  • BWR2-04JJ(TH)Output dual DC (4-20) mA current signal, input CT range 0.5A-5A optional, supporting XMZ-155 digital temperature display instrument, BDFY-24V regulated power supply.

Other Models

  • BWR-4/6Winding thermostat series, with ambient temperature (-40~+55)℃, humidity <95%, temperature measurement range (0~160)℃, indication degree 2.0 level, number of control switches 4 or 6 groups, switch setting range full scale, setting degree ±2℃, switching difference ≤8℃, switching contact capacity AC250V/5Amps and so on.
  • BWR-06: Similar to the BWR-04 series, it is suitable for the winding temperature control of oil-immersed transformers.
  • BWR-04A: Belongs to the BWR series of winding thermostats.
  • BWR-04C(TH): Transformer winding thermometer, the converter improved into the host table, equipped with XMZ digital temperature display instrument, can output 4-20mA standard current and 0-5V standard voltage signal, suitable for wet and hot belt occasions.

The main differences between the BWR-04 series and the BWR-04J series are as follows:

BWR-04J Thermostat

BWR-04 series: BWR-04C(TH)/XMZ-YC in this series is an integrated meter, the secondary meter can output 4~20mA signal, single converter.
BWR-04J series: BWR-04J(TH)/XMZ-YJ host in this series can output 4~20mA signal with integrated converter; BWR-04JJ(TH)/XMZ-YJ host can output dual 4~20mA signal with integrated converter.
Structural differences
BWR-04 Series: Some models have an external converter, such as BWR-04Y(TH) and BWR-04B(TH), which require a separate converter to be installed.
BWR-04J series: The converter is improved and mounted into the host meter, realizing the integration of the meter, simplifying the installation procedure and improving the reliability of the meter operation.
Output signal difference
BWR-04 Series: Some models such as BWR-04Y(TH) output resistance signals, which need to be matched with the corresponding digital display for display and control.
BWR-04J series: It can directly output 4-20mA standard current signal, which is convenient to connect with computer and other equipments to realize microcomputerized management.
