Functional Features

• Temperature monitoring and display : Three platinum resistors are used as sensors to measure the temperature of the three-phase windings of the dry-type transformer, and the temperature value of the three phases is displayed through the digital cycle, which can intuitively let the user understand the real-time temperature condition of the transformer.
• control function : It can automatically control the starting and stopping of the fan according to the set temperature value. When the temperature of the winding reaches the set value, the fan starts automatically to cool down the temperature; when the temperature drops below the set value, the fan stops running automatically, realizing intelligent temperature control, effectively saving energy, and at the same time prolonging the service life of the fan and the transformer.
• Alarm and protection functions : It has the functions of over-temperature alarm and over-temperature tripping. When the winding temperature exceeds the set alarm value, it will trigger sound and light alarm to remind the staff to take measures; if the temperature continues to rise to reach the tripping temperature value, it will output a trip signal to cut off the power supply to prevent the transformer from being damaged due to overheating, and to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
• Fault detection function : With sensor disconnection fault detection function, it can detect the sensor failure in time and issue a fault alarm signal, which is convenient for rapid localization and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of temperature monitoring.
• Other Functions : It also has the function of automatic fan starting regularly and the function of recording the maximum value of temperature history. Fan regular start can prevent fan failure due to long time unused, temperature history maximum value record function is convenient for users to understand the maximum temperature in the process of transformer operation, provide reference basis for equipment maintenance and management.
