BWDK3K thermostat is a new generation of multifunctional temperature controller specially designed for air-cooled dry-type power transformers.   • Key Features
    • Precise temperature monitoring: The use of high-precision PT100 platinum RTD sensors to detect the temperature of three-phase transformer windings, with a small measurement error, can accurately reflect the actual operating temperature of the transformer in real time, and provide reliable data support for its safe operation.
    • Intelligent Fan ControlWhen the temperature of the winding rises to the preset starting temperature of the fan, the thermostat will automatically turn on the fan to force air cooling; when the temperature drops to the stopping temperature of the fan, the fan will automatically turn off. This not only ensures the effectiveness of heat dissipation, but also saves energy and prolongs the life of the fan.
    • Multiple alarm protection: It is equipped with over-temperature alarm and over-high-temperature trip protection function. When the winding temperature exceeds the alarm temperature, sound and light alarm signal; up to the trip temperature, the output trip signal to cut off the transformer power supply, to avoid overheating damage. Another sensor failure alarm function, sensor failure can be prompted in time to prevent misjudgment.
    • Data logging and queryingWith "black box" function, it can record the winding temperature data within a specific length of time or the three-phase winding temperature at the moment of power-down, which is convenient for the operator to query and analyze the operation status of the transformer based on the trend of temperature change.
    • Support for remote communicationEquipped with RS-485 and other communication interfaces, it can communicate with the upper computer or remote monitoring system, which is good for remotely obtaining various types of information, such as temperature and alarm, and conveniently carrying out centralized management and control of multiple devices.
