Integrated online monitoring and diagnostic analysis system platform

IN-6000+ Integrated online monitoring and diagnostic analysis system

I. Overall system architecture

The integrated online monitoring and diagnosis analysis system platform builds a complete system from equipment data collection to remote application. At the bottom layer, the IED units of transformers, switchgear, cables, GIS and other equipment can monitor many types of parameters such as gas in oil, core grounding, partial discharge and so on, providing basic data support for the system. These data are converged by transmission to the station-wide online monitoring backend system, which on the one hand connects with the cloud platform through isolation gate, wireless network to realize remote diagnosis, mobile operation and maintenance, etc.; on the other hand, with the help of encrypted transmission, it carries out data interactions with the Provincial Academy of Electricity Sciences and the Intelligent Auxiliary System.

II. Platform characteristics

(i) Autonomous, safe and controllable

The platform adopts the nationally produced autonomous, safe and controllable SCADA system, based on GIZ operating system and MegaChips X86 hardware architecture, which can be operated on multiple platforms such as Windows7 64-bit, UBUNTU 18.04.5 64-bit, GIZ 6.0.80 64-bit, etc. The cross-platform design meets the specifications of the State Grid and the South Grid, which guarantees the security and autonomous controllability of the system from the bottom up.

(ii) Strong analytical capabilities

Supporting edge computing, it is capable of fusion diagnosis and analysis of multiple parameters of multiple devices, and also has advanced functions such as spectrum analysis, health research, life prediction, etc., which can deeply explore the value of equipment data and provide a strong basis for equipment condition assessment and maintenance decision-making.

III. Partial Discharge Spectrogram Analysis (PDA)

The platform is equipped with rich partial discharge spectral analysis functions, through PRPD spectra, Ø - Q - N spectra, ellipsoid spectra, discharge rate spectra, N - T spectra and other spectra, from different dimensions such as phase, amplitude, number of discharges, time, etc., the platform can display the partial discharge situation intuitively and comprehensively. For example, PRPD map can present the distribution and intensity of discharge under different phases, and Ø - Q - N map can show the relationship between phase, amplitude and number of discharges in a three-dimensional form, which can help the staff to accurately identify the characteristics and patterns of partial discharges, and discover potential insulation defects and other problems of the equipment in a timely manner.

IV. Transformer Intensive Care System (DICS)

The Transformer Critical Care System is capable of real-time monitoring and comprehensive assessment of a wide range of key transformer parameters. The system interface clearly shows the basic data of the transformer, such as vibration, temperature, core voltage, etc. At the same time, the health status of the transformer is presented in multiple dimensions through the oil and gas content change trend graph, status assessment bar, health score pie chart and current health score table. When the transformer is abnormal, the system can issue a timely warning to provide all-round supervision for the safe and stable operation of the transformer, helping the operation and maintenance personnel to take maintenance measures in advance to avoid the expansion of the fault.
