Transformer oil spectroscopy online monitoring system
IN-201G PAS Online Gas Monitoring System for Transformer Oil
System Components
IN-201G Transformer oil gas online monitoring systemadoptionphotoacoustic spectrumPrinciple, the system consists of oil sample collection unit, oil and gas separation unit, gas detection unit, data acquisition unit, on-site control and processing unit, communication control unit, display module (optional), power supply module, industrial air conditioning, background monitoring and diagnostic analysis software (optional) and other components.
Monitoring Objects
IN-201G transformer oil gas online monitoring system is the main monitoring object is the transformer oil dissolved in a variety of gases, the presence of these gases and their concentration changes can reflect the internal state of the transformer and potential failure. There are seven main gases: hydrogen (H2), methane (CH4), ethane (C2H6), ethylene (C2H4), acetylene (C2H2), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2). Core grounding current, moisture (H2O), oxygen (O2) and nitrogen (N2) are also available as options.
