Process introduction of photoacoustic spectroscopy online monitoring system

Transformer oil spectrum online monitoring system flow chart

Photoacoustic Spectroscopy Online Monitoring System is an advanced device for accurate monitoring of gas composition in equipment oil, widely used in the field of condition monitoring of oil-filled equipment such as power transformers.
When the system works, the oil sample is first extracted from the equipment through the oil extraction port, and the oil sample enters the vacuum degassing device. Under the vacuum environment, the dissolved gas in the oil is separated out efficiently. Subsequently, the separated gas enters the photoacoustic cell through the gas inlet. At the same time, the laser light source emits laser light of a specific wavelength, which irradiates the gas in the photoacoustic cell. The gas molecules absorb the laser energy, resulting in periodic thermal expansion and contraction, which in turn creates a photoacoustic signal.
The detection device next to the photoacoustic pool captures these photoacoustic signals and transmits them to the signal processing module for analysis and processing. The processed signals are sent to the background system in real time through the communication transmission link. The background system will further interpret, store and display the signals, and the staff can intuitively obtain the key monitoring data such as the gas composition of the oil through the background system, so as to timely grasp the internal operating status of the equipment, and provide a scientific basis for early warning of equipment failure and maintenance decisions. After the monitoring is completed, the oil samples can flow back to the equipment through the oil return port to realize the recycling of oil samples.
