InnotekDry-type transformer thermostatThe main function is: real-time monitoring of the transformer three-phase winding temperature, through the temperature control fan, output alarm and trip, while through the 4 ~ 20mA analog current output and RS485 communication, uploading the temperature and fan output status, so that the background system can monitor and control.

Today we are introducing Innotek's dry-type transformer thermostats.BWDKQ201F model temperature controller, it is a embedded installation of temperature control box, after power on the transformer A/B/C three-phase winding temperature is displayed, now the temperature controller shows that the A-phase 27 ℃, the B-phase is 27.2 ℃, the C-phase is 27.1 ℃. Thermostat is controlled by temperature output, our factory default parameters are: 100 ℃ fan start, 80 ℃ fan stop, 130 ℃ over-temperature alarm, 150 ℃ over-temperature trip. Then how to set the temperature parameters?

First, let's look at the thermostat's interface which has three buttons, the first setting, the second incremental button manual, and the third decremental button max.

We press the setup button and the temperature control displays P00, indicating that we have entered the setup state, we now press the incremental button again.

Press to P03, then press the setup key, it enters the setting status of the parameter. First you can see the display F C1, C1 indicates the temperature at which the fan stops. We press the setup key again, it will show F 8, which indicates that the current temperature of the fan stop is set to 80 degrees. If we press the setup key again, F C2 will be displayed, F C2 indicates the temperature at which the fan starts. If we press the setup key again, F 100 will be displayed, indicating that the temperature at which the fan starts is set to 100 degrees. We press the setup key again to display F C3, C3 indicates the temperature of the over-temperature alarm, and press the setup key again to display F 130 degrees, indicating that the thermostat will alarm at 130 degrees. Press Set again to display F C4.

C4 indicates the temperature of over-temperature tripping, we press set again, it shows F 150, which means the temperature control 150 degrees will be over-temperature tripping. Press set again, back to the normal three-phase temperature display, indicating that we have saved and set the above parameters. The above is today's introduction of the temperature control of InnoTech, model BWD K-Q201F.
