• Communication parameter setting is not consistent with the background: press "setup key" to enter P00, press "increase key" to adjust to P07, press setup key to enter F-dr-communication address setting, then press setup key to enter "F" setting, the setting range is 1-247, you can use "increase/decrease key" to adjust to the required address, the communication address is factory default 1. "After address setting, press Setup key to enter F-PC-parity bit setting, the setting range is 0-2, 0 is no parity, 1 is even parity, 2 is odd parity, and the factory default is 0. After the address is set, press the Setup key to enter F-bd-Baud rate setting, the setting range is 0-4, 0 baud rate 1200, 1 baud rate 2400, 2 baud rate 4800, 3 baud rate 9600, 4 baud rate 19200, and the default baud rate of the thermostat is 3, 9600.
• Communication wire A+/B- is wired incorrectly, reverse A+/B-;
• There is a strong external power access, the communication chip is damaged, it is recommended to replace the thermostat and contact the manufacturer in time.
