InnotekDry-type transformer thermostatBWDK-Wiring instructions for model S201F.
First, look at the terminals, designations, and functions on the back of the thermostat. In the center is the sensor connector, and from the left, the first one is the communication connector, the ground terminal, the door switch, the alarm, trip, and fault, the fan, and the power connector.
Below, let's expand on the function of these terminals. First of all, this is the interface for the sensor, through which the thermostat uploads the transformer temperature monitored by the sensor to the temperature control.
Next is the power supply part, 23, 24 is the power terminal of the thermostat, the field will AC220V power supply directly to these two terminals to the thermostat power supply.
21 and 22 are fan terminals, connected to the transformerCooling FansThe power supply for the fan is provided by the temperature control, these two terminals with 220V power supply, the fan only need to directly access the two control wires.
1 and 2 are RS485 communication interfaces, which are mainly used to upload the signal data such as temperature, alarm, trip and fault monitored by the thermostat to the customer's backend.
12 is the ground terminal, the terminal that connects the temperature control to earth.
13, 14 terminals for the door switch, if the transformer door is opened or the door is not closed tightly, the thermostat will output a fault alarm signal, it should be emphasized here, these two terminals contain 5V voltage, so when accessed to connect the dry contact of the travel switch.
15, 16 for the alarm contact, the main output thermostat over-temperature after the alarm signal.
17, 18 for the trip contact, the main output thermostat temperature reaches the trip temperature signal, the value of these two temperatures can be set.
19, 20 is the fault contact, the main output is the thermostat or sensor fault signal.
