System Introduction

IN-6000SP Power Environment and Battery Online Monitoring System is a comprehensive intelligent monitoring solution designed to provide comprehensive real-time monitoring of environmental parameters and power support systems for critical facilities such as electronic equipment rooms, battery rooms, data centers, and communication base stations. The system integrates advanced sensing technologies, data acquisition and processing platforms, and intelligent analysis algorithms to ensure that important parameters such as temperature, humidity, air quality, and power supply status in the equipment room are always within the optimal range, and that battery packs are evaluated for 24/7 health status.

Battery monitoring systemHardware connection and data acquisition:

  • Multiple batteries are monitored, and the relevant electrical parameters (e.g. voltage, etc.) of each battery will be acquired by the acquisition module.
  • The current sensor is used to monitor the current condition of the battery pack and the collected current data is also transmitted to the acquisition module.
  • The acquisition module summarizes the battery's voltage, current, and other data and transmits them to the 7-inch color screen above.

System Functions:

  • data show: Visualize key parameters such as battery voltage (13.5V in the example), internal resistance (4.5mΩ), temperature (25°C), current (0.5A), and so on.
  • Alarm View: If the battery parameters are out of the normal range (e.g. over-voltage, over-current, etc.), the system will trigger an alarm, and you can view the alarm information here.
  • parameterization: Can configure the normal parameter thresholds (e.g., upper and lower voltage limits) of the battery, etc.
  • VNC SettingsSupport for remote setup and operation of the system via Virtual Network Computing (VNC).
Through the combination of hardware acquisition and software interface, it realizes real-time monitoring, alarm and parameter management of the battery operation status, and guarantees the stable operation of the battery group.
