VI. Principle of operation

Intelligent dehumidification device consists of power supply system, air supply system, semiconductor cooler, temperature and humidity detection and control circuit, heating circuit, wireless module and thermal insulation and drainage piping.

1Principle of Dehumidification

When the humid air by the fan inhalation, through the specially designed duct flow, first by the semiconductor cooler cooling condensation, cooler condensation under the action of gravity drops into the water tank, and then by the heat preservation guide pipe out of the cabinet. In the set start-up value after full circulation dehumidification, so that the cabinet air humidity down to below the dew point, to complete the entire moisture induced condensation heating process. At the same time, the intelligent dehumidification device signal acquisition sensor external, real-time accurate collection of the real humidity inside the cabinet, to ensure that the intelligent dehumidification device in the cabinet will reach the condensation conditions in advance to start dehumidification.

2Low-temperature heating function

When the box temperature is lower than the set start value, the dehumidification device to start the internal heater circuit (heater external, power can be connected to 50 ~ 500W), until the box temperature rises to the set start value plus 5 ℃, the heater circuit to stop working.

3,RS485 communication function

When the dehumidifying device with RS485 communication function receives the data from the host computer, it will analyze the data and immediately reply the data to the host computer, and a maximum of 200 units can be connected to one host computer (a 120-ohm load resistor is recommended to be connected between A and B on the host computer side).

VII. Display notes

After power on, the dehumidification device enters the self-test state, after the self-test is completed, the humidity value is displayed on the left side, and the temperature value is displayed on the right side.

VIII. Operating instructions

1, manual/confirmation: in the display interface press the key dehumidifier to start manual dehumidification, at the same time the device on the load light, dehumidification light on at the same time. Press the key again to cancel the manual mode, the dehumidifier stops working. Load light/dehumidifying light goes out at the same time.

2, refrigeration plate temperature: in the display interface, press the key to view the refrigeration plate temperature. When the refrigeration plate temperature reaches the set value after the dehumidifier stops working to start defrosting mode, to be the refrigeration plate temperature returns to a certain temperature before starting the work mode.

3、Setting parameter mode: Press the setup button to enter the setup interface and press the up and down keys to flip to select the parameters that need to be configured. Then press the confirmation key to enter the function setting interface, after entering the setting interface, the following values will flash, and then press the up and down keys to adjust its parameter values. After the parameter setting is completed, press the exit key to return to the main interface, and the parameter will be saved automatically. The function codes are defined as follows:
