Switchgear as the core of power system distribution, its bus room, circuit breaker room, cable room and other key areas are prone to insulation aging, loose joints produce partial discharge, if not monitored in time is very easy to cause insulation breakdown, equipment burn failure.Switchgear partial discharge monitoring systemPrecisely cracking this pain point, through the front-end integrated monitoring device, real-time local discharge signal capture for each area in the switchgear cabinet, without the need for power outage to realize all-weather monitoring. The system can effectively identify weak discharge signals, and combined with the background diagnosis and analysis system, it can accurately determine the location and severity of the discharge, and warn of potential faults in advance; at the same time, the centralized display mainframe can intuitively present the data of each monitoring point, which can help operation and maintenance personnel to quickly grasp the operating status of the switchgear cabinet. Whether it's a high-voltage switchgear for industrial scenarios or a medium-voltage switchgear for civil power distribution.Switchgear partial discharge monitoring systemAll of them can build a key protective barrier for the safe and stable operation of the switchgear with high sensitivity and reliability, reduce the loss of unplanned outages, and improve the efficiency of power system operation and maintenance.
