Working Principle
The cable sheath ring current online monitoring device is mainly composed of two parts: front-end monitoring equipment and back-end monitoring center. Front-end current monitoring device will be in the high-voltage cable sheath grounding, accurate installation of high-precision current transformers with a range of 0 ~ 500A. The device can accurately and real-time monitor the current parameters of each metal sheath grounding point of 10kV and above high-voltage cables. Through RS485 communication, the current parameters of the sheath grounding and alarm information can be transmitted to the monitoring center in a timely manner, so that the staff can detect the damage of high-voltage cables in a timely manner, and then be able to quickly arrange for the replacement of the cable or repair work. This device can realize the accurate measurement of 0 ~ 500A grounding loop current as well as regular inspection measurement, completely replacing the traditional manual way of regular grounding loop current inspection, and effectively determining the situation of the grounding box being stolen or the grounding wire being stolen and cut. This not only greatly reduces the labor intensity of on-site measurement, but also significantly improves the system maintenance efficiency.
